End-of-life Planning

End-of-life planning helps individuals make decisions about healthcare, legal matters, and personal wishes, ensuring their values are honored. It provides peace of mind, reduces stress for loved ones, and ensures a more peaceful, empowered transition.

Sitting Vigil

Sitting vigil as a death doula involves providing a compassionate, supportive presence to an individual who is nearing the end of life. This role is centered on offering emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort to the dying person and their loved ones. The death doula remains with the individual, offering calm and reassurance during their final hours while respecting their preferences and ensuring their dignity. Additionally, they may assist with practical tasks and facilitate the grieving process for family and friends.

Guided Meditation

Guided meditation helps individuals process grief by leading them through visualizations and affirmations designed to release emotional pain and create a sense of inner peace. Meditation practices focusing on healing the heart or connecting with a higher power are especially effective for grief recovery.

Movement Flow

This practice helps foster a deeper connection to the self by allowing spontaneous expression of emotions and energy. It promotes mindfulness, bringing individuals into the present moment. It helps release energy blockages, encourages intuitive expression, and can create a sense of connection to one's higher self or a divine presence. Additionally, the cathartic process of sweating during movement can release built-up tension and toxins, enhancing physical and emotional healing while supporting overall spiritual well-being. 

Grief Coaching

Grief sessions offer compassionate support to help you navigate the complex emotions of loss, death, and mourning. Through gentle guidance, these sessions create a safe space to process your feelings, honor your loved ones, and heal at your own pace, fostering emotional resilience and inner peace during one of life's most challenging times.

Breathwork

Breathwork is a practice of controlled breathing techniques used to reduce stress, release emotions, and improve mental and emotional well-being. It helps process grief by calming the body, fostering emotional release, and enhancing self-awareness.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Also known as “tapping,” EFT combines tapping on energy meridians with speaking affirmations to release emotional blockages. It’s a self-help technique that helps people deal with feelings of sadness, anger, or guilt, often associated with grief.

Healing Touch

Healing Touch is similar to Reiki and is designed to balance the energy field through touch or near-touch. Practitioners often work on the heart and throat chakras to facilitate emotional healing. It can offer comfort, reduce stress, and help release emotional pain.
